Synchronica believes strongly that every person has the right to privacy. When using our web site, services, and products, you may give us information. Synchronica asks for and maintains information on its visitors and customers to provide a better, more personal experience.

Synchronica collects personal information when you register with Synchronica for a Synchronica account, when you use certain Synchronica products or services, when you register to attend a seminar or participate in an online survey, when you ask to be included in an email or other mailing list, or you submit an entry for a sweepstakes or other promotions, or when you submit your personal information to Synchronica for any other reason.
From time to time, Synchronica receives personal information from business partners and vendors. Synchronica only uses such information if it has been collected in accordance with acceptable privacy practices consistent with this policy and applicable laws.
Access to certain Synchronica web pages require a login and a password. The use of those web pages, and the information or programs downloadable from those sites, may be governed by a written agreement between your employer and Synchronica.

Cookies and Tracking Technology
Synchronica employs cookies in order for its server to recognize a return visitor as a unique user. Cookies are small text files placed in the cookies folder on a visitor's hard disk and allow for Synchronica to remember the visitor.
The cookies placed by the Synchronica server are readable only by Synchronica, and cookies cannot access, read, or modify any other data on a computer. Information Collected

Note that information is only gathered while the visitor is on the web site in question. Synchronica monitors how a visitor arrives at the web site, but cannot and will not gather information about other sites the visitor has been on.

Synchronica uses this information to understand its visitors and, with permission, to provide visitors with updates on the company and its products. A visitor may always option to not enter any information about themselves.

Synchronica collects identifying information when you use certain Synchronica products or services, when you visit Synchronica web pages, or when you enter promotions or contests. Children and Privacy
Our web sites do not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 13. Synchronica does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 or send them requests for personal information.

Synchronica's web site contains links to other sites. Synchronica does not share your personal information with those web sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy policies of those companies.

Although we choose our business partners carefully, Synchronica is not responsible for the privacy practices of web sites operated by third parties that are linked to our site.
