Adjournment of EGM
Synchronica plc, (AIM: SYNC.LN), the mobile synchronisation and device
management company, announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled
to take place today has been adjourned after transportation problems prevented
the attendance of key individuals.
The meeting will now take place at 10.30am on Thursday, November 29 2007 at the
Company's offices at Mount Pleasant House, Lonsdale Gardens, Royal Tunbridge
Wells, TN1 1NY.

Synchronica's Mobile Gateway is a carrier-grade middleware solution providing
