Project Management

Each customer project is managed by an experienced and certified project specialist. All projects are carried out in accordance with the PRINCE2 framework. The project managers are responsible for the delta of cost, time, and quality of the delivery and utilize a standard methodology for the assessment, reporting, monitoring, and controlling of projects.
